IF you have some nature of thistle that has reached a height of 2 ft and is growing copious groupings along with other branching, seeding, vining weeds into your neighbor's garden THEN it is time to do *a little* weeding. The consequences of neglecting said weeding is that I will be in your backyard with a hand trowel ripping out weeds, flinging dirt and organic matter to and fro as I spout obscenities.
Disclaimer: I will firmly maintain my proclaimation that I was so devout in my weeding I failed to notice my property line ended 3.1783 ft. ago and that, on an unrelated note, I have Tourette's Syndrome.

In some states its illegal to let Thistle grow. its pretty to look at on the side of the road and it does remind me of Eeyore but I don't want it in my garden.
